Our company cooperates with the General Post Office and ELTA COURIER
Delivery time is from 1-3 working days and depends on the area in which you are. For remote areas it may take an additional 1-2 days. Deliveries are made on working days. The company is not responsible for any delays due to bad weather.
Shipping cost is free when the amount of the order exceeds 50 €.
For orders under 50 € the shipping costs amount to 3.00 € and cash on delivery 2.00 €.

Product returns
You have the right to return the product you bought within 10 working days of receipt. All you have to do is contact us at 23210-54303 and let us know what kind of change you would like to make. The new product will be sent to the address you have indicated to us from where the product that will be replaced will be received. The return is free. The cost of re-shipping the product that you will receive as a replacement for the first one is borne by the customer.
Please note that the returned product must be in its original condition and packaging.
In case the product you received is different from the one you ordered or is defective then the costs of return and re-shipment are borne exclusively by our company. Refunds
After receiving the products you can exercise your right to withdraw, within 15 days from the date of receipt. In case the product does not meet the requirements (eg color or number) and if you do not want to be replaced with another product you can request a refund, just let us know by calling 23210-54303.
We emphasize that in this case, all shipping and return costs and other charges will be deducted from the amount we will return to you. (Bank commission in case of electronic payment)
